Frequently Asked Questions
Does burying a St. Joseph Statue guarantee my house will sell fast?
Burying a statue of St. Joseph or praying to St. Joseph are acts of faith, just like any other act of faith. If you believe and have faith, your house will sell in accordance to God's will.
Where should I bury the statue
There are many arguments as to where the statue should be buried. Some say it should be upside down, some right side up, or facing north, south, east or west. These are not really matters that should be worried about. The important part of the entire practice is your faith in God, prayer with the statue, and your faith in Saint Joseph.
Does the statue have to be buried?
It is not absolutely necessary to bury the statue. The statue may be place in a prominent place in the house for devotion and prayer. If your faith is in conflict with burying the statue, we suggest this is a better alternative.
Can St. Joseph help if I want to buy a house?
Some say it can. We don't recommend burying the statue on property not belonging to you. In this case you may want to purchase a token and keep it with you as a reminder and for devotional prayer.
What do I do after the house is sold?
After the house is sold, you should unearth the statue and take it with you. It should then be buried at your new home or place in a prominent place in remembrance of your faith and devotion to Saint Joseph for his assistance in your time of need.
